Cancel membership

You can cancel your Alpile Moments membership at any time. Canceling stops future charges; access you have already paid for stays available until the end of that paid period.

By email: send the ready-made cancellation email and add your order email and order number, or write to support@alpile.com.

Cancel before the end of your 7-day trial to avoid the first membership charge, or before a renewal date to avoid that charge. We confirm every cancellation by email.

Returning a mug does not cancel a membership automatically, so please tell us if you also want to cancel.
