Shipping & returns

We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Standard shipping is $4.95 USD per order, with no minimum order. The full shipping charge and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders are estimated to arrive within 7-10 days after payment, including preparation and transit. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We email a dispatch confirmation and provide tracking when available. Check your address before placing an order and contact us promptly if you need a correction; changes might not be possible after dispatch. If we expect a delay beyond the estimate, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.

You can request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Email support@alpile.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Send the return within 14 days of receiving those instructions. For a change-of-mind return, the mug must be unused, undamaged and securely packed. You pay return postage. We refund the returned product price; the original shipping charge is not refunded for a change-of-mind return. There is no restocking fee.

If your order is damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us promptly. We will offer a replacement or refund and cover necessary return postage for an incorrect or defective item. If the entire order is refunded because of our error or non-delivery, we also refund the original shipping charge.

Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank may take another 5-10 business days to show the credit. You may cancel an order before dispatch for a full refund by emailing support@alpile.com. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If you added the Alpile Moments app membership, returning a mug does not cancel it automatically, so please tell us if you also want to cancel. Membership charges are covered by the Membership terms.
