Membership terms

These terms apply to the Alpile Moments app membership, an optional add-on you can choose in your bag. Alpile is operated by THOMPSONVENTURES LLC. Buying a mug never requires a membership: you only get one if you tick the membership box before checkout.

Free trial: the membership starts with 7 days free from your purchase date.

Price: after the trial, the membership costs $40 USD every 30 days.

Automatic renewal: the payment method used at checkout is charged automatically when the trial ends and every 30 days after that, until you cancel.

Access: after your order is confirmed you receive an activation email to create your account with your order email. Each successful payment gives 30 days of app access. A failed payment does not extend access.

One membership per customer: ordering more mugs, now or later, does not add another membership while yours is active.

Price changes: we will email you before any change to the membership price takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

How to cancel: cancel at any time with the ready-made cancellation email on the Cancel membership page or by writing to support@alpile.com. Cancel before the end of the 7-day trial to avoid the first membership charge, or before a renewal date to avoid that charge. We confirm every cancellation by email. Canceling stops future charges; access you have already paid for remains available until the end of that paid period.

Refunds: for any membership charge, contact support@alpile.com. A refund of a membership period removes app access for that period. Returning a mug does not cancel a membership automatically, so please tell us if you also want to cancel.
