Membership

Alpile Moments is an optional companion app membership for Alpile customers: reminders for the dates that matter, a weekly small-gestures guide and ready-to-send messages. It is launching soon. Until then no membership can be added or charged, and mugs are always sold on their own. Here is how the membership will work and how to cancel it.

1. Choose it in your bag. The membership is optional: tick the Alpile Moments box in your bag before checkout. The first 7 days are free, then it is $40 USD every 30 days until you cancel. The terms are shown next to the box and at checkout before you pay.

2. Activate the app. After your order is confirmed you receive an activation email. Create your account with your order email and your own password.

3. Try it for 7 days. Your first 7 days are free. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged for the membership.

4. Stay or cancel. If you keep it, the membership is $40 USD every 30 days until you cancel. Each paid period gives 30 days of app access. One membership per customer: ordering more mugs does not add another membership while yours is active.

What Alpile Moments includes:

Occasion reminders. Save the birthdays, anniversaries and holidays of the people you care about and get a reminder 7 days and 1 day before each date.

A 12-week small-gestures path. Every week brings a new theme and three small ways to show you care, each taking 2 to 5 minutes. Weeks 1 to 4: family. Weeks 5 to 8: friends and partners. Weeks 9 to 12: colleagues and neighbors.

Message library. Ready-to-send notes and card messages for birthdays, thank-yous, new homes, holidays and everyday moments, matched to all 30 Alpile mug designs.
