Alpile is operated by THOMPSONVENTURES LLC, which is responsible for the personal information processed through this store and the Alpile Moments app.

When you order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you provide it, the items you buy and your messages to us. Payment-card details are entered on our payment provider's secure checkout and are not stored by us.

When you activate the Alpile Moments app, we also process your account email and login details, and the names, dates and notes you choose to save for reminders.

We use this information to process and deliver your order, run your app membership and reminders, send order, shipping and membership updates, handle cancellations, returns and refunds, answer support requests, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We share it only with the service providers that help us do this, such as payment processing, order fulfillment, email delivery and shipping carriers, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

Your bag is saved in your own browser so it is kept between visits. You can clear it at any time by emptying the bag or clearing your browser data.

To access, correct or delete your personal information, including your app account, or for any privacy question, email support@alpile.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
